At the last brainstorming session we looked at which specific topic we could focus on for our installation. We came up with: 'communication by food'. About the

eating habits, traditions and behaviours of the cultures living in Borgerhout. These are all forms that are expressed through a verbal or non-verbal way. Eating provides 'connection', unity and brings people together throughout the year. About this subject we made an extensive mindmap with all our thoughts and associations on the subject. When the mind map was finished we made a mood board to make our findings clearer and visualise them. This was inspiration or leaded us to new insights that we could later incorporate into our concept.
