BorGerHub

The Borgerhub building was the former peace court of Borgerhout. It was built in the 19th century in a neo-classical style. Similarly, the interior is in this style, with marble panels and stucco.

The Borgerhub is an initiative in which it wants to bring people and cultures together. There is also a pop-up store where homemade products from locals of different origins are sold. It is also a place where spaces can be rented by various small companies that need a temporary space. In this way they want to make entrepreneurship accessible, which connects with the history of Borgerhout. These spaces used to be the offices of judges of the peace court.
